How to Delete Your Account

You can request deletion of your Refenestra account and associated personal data using any of the following methods:

What Gets Deleted

Upon account deletion, we will delete or anonymize the following data:

• Your account profile and login credentials
• Personal contact information (name, email, phone number)
• Property and lease details
• App usage data and preferences
• FeneVerse profile, avatar, game data, and FenToken balance

What May Be Retained

Certain information may be retained as required by law or legitimate business purposes:

• Financial transaction records — retained for up to 7 years as required by tax and financial regulations
• Assignment documentation — if you have an active or completed security deposit assignment, related legal records may be retained as necessary for enforcement and compliance
• Fraud prevention records — limited data may be retained to prevent fraud and abuse
• Legal hold data — if your data is subject to pending litigation or legal process, it will be retained until the hold is resolved

Any retained data will be kept solely for the purposes described above and will not be used for marketing or other unrelated purposes.

Processing Time

Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted. During the processing period, your account will be deactivated and inaccessible.
