We send an acknowledgment form to your landlord for e-signature. This confirms the security deposit assignment — it does not change your lease, your rent, or your relationship with your landlord in any way.
Once your landlord signs, we release your payout within 24–48 hours. You receive 75% of your deposit as cash and 5% as DĒP coin (a stable DeFi coin). Use the money however you want — furniture, moving costs, savings, whatever matters to you.
